Import your ManaBox collection into NextDeck

1. Export your collection as CSV

In ManaBox, use the collection export option and choose CSV. Save the file on the device where you will open NextDeck. Export the binders or lists containing the cards you want to build with; a deck wishlist is not the same as an owned collection.

2. Upload and review the file

Open My collection in NextDeck and choose the CSV upload option. Select your ManaBox file, review the import preview and confirm it. Keep the original column headings: NextDeck uses card identity and quantity information to recognize your cards. You do not need to remove printing, foil or binder columns manually.

3. Choose add or replace deliberately

Use add when importing a new batch of cards. Use replace when your export is a fresh snapshot of the same collection. Adding the same export twice can increase quantities. Different printings of the same card are merged for collection matching.

4. Check a few familiar cards

Search for a card you know you own and compare its quantity with ManaBox. For example, two copies of Sol Ring in different printings should contribute to the same card identity. Review any unrecognized rows before relying on a match; you can also paste card names or add cards individually.

5. Find a Commander deck

Return to Find a deck, choose a commander and optionally select a bracket. NextDeck compares your collection with retrieved complete Archidekt lists. Review missing cards and potential cards you already own before deciding what to build.

Where your collection is saved

Your imported collection is stored on the server and linked to this browser by an anonymous cookie. No account is required. Another browser or device normally has a separate collection, and clearing cookies can remove access to the current one. Keep your original ManaBox export as a backup.
