Privacy & cookies
Collection storage
NextDeck stores parsed card IDs and owned quantities on its server, linked to an anonymous user identifier. Uploaded CSV text is processed to import cards; the original CSV is not saved as a file. Cached public card and deck metadata are shared to speed up searches.
Cookies and local preferences
The essential neardeck_session cookie links this browser to its collection. It lasts up to one year and is renewed when you return. Theme preference is stored in localStorage as nextdeck-theme. Different browsers normally have separate collections. Clearing the cookie can make an existing collection inaccessible.
Retention and deletion
Use Clear my data in My collection to remove your saved card quantities and reset your session. Daily maintenance removes expired sessions and collections with no valid session and no changes for 30 days. Unused deck caches expire after 30 days; card metadata is retained while a collection or retained deck needs it. Cleanup is batched, so deletion may take additional passes.
External services
Card-name lookups and public deck requests use Scryfall and Archidekt. Loading artwork connects your browser to its image host. Opening missing cards in ProxyPrnt passes that list in the URL fragment. The floating Support me widget loads a script from Ko-fi when you visit and can connect to Ko-fi services. Ko-fi may receive connection details such as your IP address and browser information; its own privacy and payment terms apply. Other external providers may also process connection details.
Advertising
When enabled, Google AdSense may use cookies or other identifiers for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Where required, advertising is subject to consent through a Google-certified consent platform. Advertising is disabled in the private preview. Google’s data-use information is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Contact and requests
Contact contact@proxyprnt.it for privacy questions or data requests. This app has no email-based account; identifying a specific anonymous collection may require information from your current session. Do not send session cookies or tokens by email. Hosting providers may keep operational access or error logs.
